With more than 25 years of experience in the game, Coach JJ is a Certified Golf Teaching Professional through the United States Golf Teachers Federation (USGTF) who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every lesson. Having played golf around the world and studied the game extensively, Coach JJ blends sound fundamentals with a deep appreciation for how golf should feel, not just how it looks. Known for a positive, engaging coaching style, she works with golfers of all skill levels across Southern California and Las Vegas, helping students build confidence, consistency, and a genuine love for the game. Her approach is rooted in passion, patience, and the belief that golf should be both challenging and fun.
Coach Lei Pan
Coach Lei Pan, PhD is a USGTF Certified Golf Teaching Professional and Senior Instructor specializing in golf swing science and mechanics. With advanced degrees in mechanics, engineering, and computer science, and 25 years at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, he brings a rare, physics-based approach to golf instruction. A near single-digit handicapper, Coach Pan helps golfers understand swing mechanics, sequencing, and ball flight with clarity and precision. Known for his structured, analytical teaching style, he makes complex concepts simple—earning him the nickname “the ChatGPT of Golf” among his students.
Advisor Bill Rice
Bill Rice is a Master Golf Teaching Professional® with the United States Golf Teachers Federation (USGTF), widely respected for his depth of experience, passion for the game, and ability to translate complex swing principles into practical progress for students of all levels. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bill conducts multiple certification courses annually, including the advanced Master Golf Teaching Professional class, and brings his background as a public school teacher and principal into every lesson — combining instructional clarity with patient, individualized coaching. He also serves as a lead instructor with The First Tee of Southern Nevada and teaches at the Legacy Golf Club, where he gets his greatest joy from helping players improve, gain confidence, and enjoy the game more. Bill’s approach emphasizes fundamentals, real-world application, and measurable improvement, making him a trusted educator in the golf community.
